Carmen Garcia is a senior loyalty and Business Development consultant. 

After years working across luxury retail, CRM, loyalty and strategic marketing, Carmen saw the same pattern repeat: ambitious brands investing in tools and tactics without a clear retention strategy — and without accountability for results.

She has worked with luxury brands, retail landlords and experience-led businesses to design and deliver retention strategies that are culturally accurate, commercially grounded, psychologically sound and operationally realistic.

We combine senior strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — bridging the gap between ideas and outcomes.

We don’t believe in generic frameworks or one-size-fits-all loyalty schemes. Every client has different customers, economics and constraints. Our job is to work out what will move the needle — and then make it happen.
