Carmen graduated from King’s College London in 2012 with a degree in Philosophy and Hispanic Studies. However, she went straight into the CRM world — helping enterprise companies uncover CRM solutions that drove conversions. She quickly understood what was holding brands back and understanding how to improve their growth stories, by maximising client and customer potential.

Armed with a sharp commercial lens, a deep understanding of sales and client service, brand identity and a flair for innovative but grounded strategy, Carmen has consistently helped teams break through barriers and reach new heights with their customers and members.
